A SWEET POST!!!

Hey all!  How are you?  LOOK, LOOK!!  Look what I have to share with you all today?  I am SO excited!!  Haha!  Oooops!!  I am getting carried away, aren't I?  Sorry!

Let us try that again!  ......................................What is happening in your part of the world today?  We are PRET-TY drab over in MY neck of the woods!  Man!  I tell ya!  Bring on SPRING!!  Know what I am sayin'?  It is just dark and dreary here with a side of rain!
OK, so......all that being said?  We are NOT going to let that get us down!!  Right?  RIGHT!!  Alrighty then, I have some FUN to share with you!!  I am hanging out over at the SWEET STAMP SHOP blog today!  Nicole and the girls were kind enough to have me join them this month and TODAY?  Is MY day!  Are you seeing a theme here?  Haha!  The word of the day MUST be "today"!!  Ahh........what can I say!!

Good morning friends!  How are you this bright shiny day?  I am so excited you stopped by, for I have a SNEAKY peek to share with you!  Awesome, huh?  Know what makes it EVEN better?  It is a SWEET STAMP SHOP peek!!  See?  What'd I tell ya!! I told you!!  I just LOVE being able to work with Nicole!  she is THE best!!  Now, as you all know, I have been working on this clean and simple thing, CAS?  So, I just HAD to try ONE of those!  Hope you like it!

Well?  Whatcha' think?  Cute set, yes?  SO simple and SO many options for this one! AN ALLEY WAY SNEAK!!!

Good Morning friends!  How goes it today?  I am stopping by with a QUICK creation for you!!  Quick AND simple!  What is NOT to like about that?  My SIMPLE creation though?  It’s a sneaky SNEAK!!  So......DOUBLE fun!!  Now, the stamp set I used WILL be available at OH SCRAP! on February 1st!  Know what else?? Iva is having a SALE!! Yay!! Go and get your stamp on!!! CREATION INGREDIENTS:

Alley Way Simple Pleasures, Georgia Pacific Cardstock, Memento Tuxedo Ink, Copics, MME Patterned Paper, MFT Cloud Die, Action Wobbler.

CREATION HOW TO:

I took a nice, crisp white piece of GP card stock and cut it down to A2 card size.  I then folded it and added my cute little pinwheel & sentiment, from the AW Simple Pleasures set, in memento Tuxedo.  After that I took my YR04 and YR68 Copic; added a little color and picked out my DSP for my clouds.  I used my Big Kick and cloud dies to cut out that DSP; I then ran my 110 Copic along the edges of the clouds, to add some depth.  I attached the small cloud with a glue dot or two and the large cloud I attached with an action wobbler!  Voila!  This clean and simple thing is growing on me!  Especially with this particular set!  SO many possibilities!

 How is it going??  What is new?  I have another NEW creation for you, thanks to IVA, over at the fabulous store, OH SCRAP!!  This one is from Alley Way stamps!!  Such, CA-ute images, I am tellin’ ya!!  If you have not visited OH SCRAP!, you need to!  Iva has AWESOME stamps and GREAT shipping prices!!  Cannot beat it!

I am just so thankful that I am back at crafting again!  It has been interesting these past 6 months or so.  To say the least!  Between health issues, kids activities, new job, and all the other things that go along with life?  Although things are slowing down to a COMFORTABLE pace?  They still don’t know what is wrong with me!!!  Gotta love THAT!!  What can I say?  I guess I am just..........difficult!!  Haha!  Or....unique?!!  yeah, that’s it!  I will go with UNIQUE!!    Anyway, I feel SO out of the loop!!  Could you all fill me in?  What is new and exciting?!  Tell me about a NEW product you have found!!  Tell me about a new book you have found?  A new movie?  I don’t care!!  Bring it on!!

CREATION:
AW Sittin’ Pretty, AW Jibber Jabber, Memento Tuxedo Ink, Copics, Three Bugs in a Rug “Frisky” DSP,Charcoal Card Stock, Georgia Pacific White Card Stock,Grey & white Bakers Twine, Action Wobblers, Petite Ovals & Petite Scallop Ovals Spellbinders.

HOW TO:
First, as always, I used my DSP to choose my Copics.  Then I chose my Charcoal cardstock, for my base, followed by stamping my kitty onto the Georgia Pacific White card stock and coloring it in with my copics.  After that was done, I cut down my DSP and layered it on my charcoal base.  Once that was ready, I used my spellbinders to cut out my image and the charcoal layering piece.  I put everything,  together with my ATG gun, leaving the main focal image for last!  I tied some twine around it all,stamped my sentiment and little mouse, then attached my kitty with an action wobbler!!  I LOVE kitty's, can you tell?!!  You need to head over to the OH SCRAP! store and get some super cute stamps, along with action wobblers ( of course) for your very own!!

Good morning friends!!  How are you?  I hope you all had wonderful holidays!!  SO excited you stopped by!  I actually have a creation to share with you!  Can you believe it??  Yes, yes......I was at the old craft table!!  Thanks to the AWESOME Iva Youngs at OH SCRAP!!  I got to PLAY with some NEW Paper Smooches stamps!!  The set I used today is called NINE LIVES!! Now, if you have not visited OH SCRAP!?  You must!!  LOTS of goodies to be had in her shop!!  In fact, so much so?  This project is the FIRST of many I have in store for you!!  Gotta LOVE that!!  You all know how I LOVE to share!!  So, enough babbling.........check out my creation below!!  I have all the DEETS there too!!  Thanks again for hanging out with me today!!  See you next time!!  ENJOY LIFE!!

CREATION:

PS Nine Lives, Kraft Cardstock, October Afternoon DSP, Spellbinders Labels 2 Die,Brown Jute Twine, TH Distress Ink Walnut Stain & Peeled Paint,Believe Charm.

HOW TO:

I used my paper cutter and Big Kick to cut out my DSP, so I could layer it.  The top DSP piece was done with my Spellbinders Label 2 Die.  I adhered the bottom layer with my ATG gun.  And.....after I brushed the edges of the top layer DSP, with walnut stain, I popped it up with some pop dots on top of the first layer!  I then stamped the super cute kitty in walnut stain as well, onto my kraft cardstock, and stamped the sentiment with the peeled paint.  I added some walnut stained paws and then used brown jute twine, along with a little "believe "charm to complete my creation.  Hope you like it as much as I do!!

OH SCRAP! ~PAPER SMOOCHES NEW RELEASE!!

 

Good Morning friends!!  How are you this WONDERFUL morning?!   I thought I would stop by to share my FIRST.........Oh Scrap! creation with you!!  It has been a LONG several months around here, so I decided to get back to basics!  I decided to have FUN and create a bit!  That being said?  I joined Iva over at OH SCRAP!, so I could do just that!  Iva has SO many awesome stamps to offer and other goodies too!  You will DEF have to check her out!

My little card share today, was created with the NEW Paper Smooches set, WOOFERS & TWEETERS!  Which, of course is available in Iva's shop!  This set is SUPER cute and has SO many great images to offer!!  Here is what I did with a few of them!  I combined the polka dotted puppy, the bitty birdie, and one of the great sentiments!  LOVE how it turned out and I hope you do too!

I layered chocolate SU cardstock and Basic Grey DSP!  I used my paper trimmer to make some squares and colored my images in with y trusty Copics.  After that was all ready, I wrapped up my project with some brown jute twine!  Be sure to visit Iva at OH SCRAP! and see what AWESOMENESS she has for ya!!  you have a WONDERFUL Tuesday, thanks for stopping by, and I will see you next time!  Remember...............ENJOY LIFE!!

WOW, IT HAS BEEN A WHILE! HOW ABOUT A HOP!

GOOD MORNING FRIENDS!!  I have missed you!  SO.... much has been going on around here, I would not even KNOW where to start!!  SO, I will NOT bore you, let alone blurt it all out at once!!  We would literally be here FOREVER!!  Haha!  I will explain it over time, how about that!!  We will do a little CREATIVE sharing?  Then a little ME sharing?  At EACH visit!!  What d'ya say?  Cool?  LOVE it!!

Let's get to the FUN part, shall we?  I am SO excited to have created something!  It has been SO long and I have really missed it!  My dear friend KORIN, over at Sweet N Sassy Stamps, is celebrating!!  Yepper, SWEET N SASSY STAMPS is 5!!  Can you believe it?  My, how time flies!!  In honor of their FIFTH birthday, Korin is throwing a BIRTHDAY BASH, along with a FABULOUS Birthday Blog Hop!!  How AWESOME is that?!  That being said, Korin has gotten together all her "FREINDS OF SWEET N SASSY" and invited them to be a part of this WONDERFUL hop!!  I am SO blessed to call Korin my friend and blessed to have been asked to be a part of this event!!  Thank you to Korin for being SO amazing and for bringing us such BEAUTIFUL stamps to play with!!

You can check out my little creation below!  I swiped my daughter, Kyah's, Thoughtful Rhubarb Set!  She LOVES this bear and I have to say, he is growing on me too!  I used to just do the Cocoa Mouse thing?  BUT, this bear?  SO sweet!!  I will DEF have to create with him MORE often!!  I ESPESCIALLY love him on kraft!!  Before I show you Rhubarb though, I have a QUICK story!!  You will see my PIC?  Is a tad different this time around!  I left my camera at work?  YIKES!!  Imagine my panic of course!!  However, I just got a new phone?  I decided to try the iphone 5!!  I have always had Droids.  Everyone close to me had given me crap for wanting to TRY the iphone, BUT, I had to do it!  SO, for the next 2 years, I will have this phone and thus far?  I am liking it!!  People had told me about the pictures this thing can take and know what??    They were RIGHT on!!!  My NEW iphone takes GREAT pics and my old Droid?  YUCK!!!  Now, I am sure part of it was the user.  What can I say?!  Take a look for yourself!  It'll do in a pinch, FOR sure!!  Thanks for stopping by and thanks for hopping with SWEET N  SASSY STAMPS!!  I love them and Korin ROCKS!!  On your way out, be sure to check out the DETAILS of the HOP, also below!  Take care all and remember............ENJOY LIFE!!!
